No Refunds or exchanges. If you receive an item with a defect please email CustomerService@SacredQueendomClothing.Com with a picture and description of the defect to discuss further options. We are not reliable for lost or damaged items caused by the shipping provider. If your item is returned to sender due to an address error , you will be responsible to pay for the re-shipment of your order.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours ( WEEKENDS EXCLUDED) . We use the USPS standard priority shipping and your item should arrive within 2-4 business days. Tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during checkout .

 

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IF IT SAYS PRE-ORDER THAT MEANS YOU ARE PLACING AN ORDER FOR AN ITEM THAT IS NOT YET AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING + WILL BE SHIPPED OUT AT A LATER DATE
