This website and store are operated by Sacred Queendom LLC (“Sacred Queendom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Sacred Queendom operates this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered to you (collectively, the “Services”).
Sacred Queendom is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using our Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information regarding your legal rights, orders, payments, shipping, returns, limitations of liability, and other conditions governing your use of Sacred Queendom.
By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our Services.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.
To use certain Services or make a purchase, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, billing information, payment information, shipping address, and telephone number.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete and that you have the right to provide such information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable law through your use of the Services.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products.
However, colors, textures, proportions, and other aspects of merchandise may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, devices, and other factors.
Product measurements and sizing information are provided to assist customers with selecting an appropriate size. Customers are responsible for reviewing available product descriptions, measurements, Size Charts, Fit Notes, and other product information before purchasing.
We do not guarantee that the appearance of merchandise on your device will exactly match its appearance in person.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, quantities, and other information may be changed without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit product quantities at our discretion.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase merchandise from Sacred Queendom.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, pricing errors, product availability, resale activity, or other order-processing issues.
We may contact you using the email address, telephone number, billing information, or other contact information provided with your order if an issue occurs.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order, selected size, color, quantity, shipping address, billing information, and other order details before completing checkout.
Because we may begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other applicable policies displayed on our website.
SECTION 4 — PREORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Certain Sacred Queendom merchandise may be offered as preorder or made-to-order merchandise.
Preorder and made-to-order pieces may be specially secured, allocated, or produced for an individual customer's order.
For this reason, preorder and made-to-order merchandise is FINAL SALE unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to applicable law.
Estimated preorder processing or fulfillment timing will be displayed on the applicable product page. Carrier transit time may apply after shipment unless otherwise stated.
If an order contains both in-stock and preorder merchandise, the entire order may ship once the preorder merchandise is ready unless otherwise stated.
If you want available merchandise shipped separately, please place separate orders.
Cancellation requests for preorder or made-to-order merchandise may not be accepted once processing, allocation, or production has begun.
SECTION 5 — RETURNS, STORE CREDIT & FINAL SALE
Returns and exchanges are governed by the Sacred Queendom Refund Policy.
Eligible merchandise may be returned within the return period specified in our Refund Policy and must satisfy all applicable return requirements.
Sacred Queendom does not provide refunds to the original form of payment for standard returns. Approved standard returns are issued as Sacred Queendom store credit, subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Certain merchandise is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit except where required by law or where otherwise expressly provided in our policies.
Customers are responsible for reviewing an item's product page and our Refund Policy before completing a purchase.
SECTION 6 — PRICES, BILLING & PAYMENT
Prices, discounts, promotions, and offers may change without notice.
The price charged for merchandise will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of errors as permitted by law.
Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import charges, or other fees.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, payment, and account information.
You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted in connection with your purchase.
Sacred Queendom may offer payment methods or installment services provided by third parties. Your use of those services may also be subject to the respective provider's terms, eligibility requirements, privacy practices, and approval process.
SECTION 7 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped according to the Sacred Queendom Shipping Policy.
Sacred Queendom currently uses USPS for shipped orders.
Processing time and USPS transit time are separate.
USPS delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by Sacred Queendom.
Sacred Queendom is not responsible for USPS delays, transit interruptions, rerouting, weather delays, customs delays, or other delivery circumstances outside our reasonable control after USPS accepts a shipment.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
If USPS tracking confirms that a package was DELIVERED, Sacred Queendom is not liable for packages subsequently reported missing. Customers should contact USPS and follow the applicable USPS claim process for insured packages.
Sacred Queendom will provide available order and tracking information when reasonably necessary to assist with a USPS inquiry or claim.
Additional shipping terms, including international shipping, missing packages, address issues, and returned-to-sender packages, are contained in our Shipping Policy.
SECTION 8 — RETURNED-TO-SENDER PACKAGES
If an order is returned to Sacred Queendom because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, refusal of the package, unclaimed delivery, or another customer-related delivery issue, the customer is responsible for applicable reshipping costs.
Once Sacred Queendom receives the returned package, we may contact the customer with reshipping instructions and applicable charges.
If the customer no longer wants an otherwise return-eligible item after it has been returned to Sacred Queendom, no refund to the original form of payment will be accommodated. Eligible merchandise may instead qualify for store credit in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Original shipping charges, return-to-sender fees, and other applicable shipping or carrier charges are non-refundable.
FINAL SALE merchandise remains FINAL SALE and does not become eligible for a refund or store credit merely because the package was returned to Sacred Queendom.
SECTION 9 — OMAHA LOCAL DELIVERY & PAYMENT
Sacred Queendom may offer local delivery to qualifying addresses within the Omaha, Nebraska delivery area.
Eligibility and applicable local delivery fees will be displayed at checkout when available.
Certain local payment options may be offered exclusively to qualifying Omaha customers. Any such payment option must be used according to the instructions displayed at checkout.
Local payment and delivery options are not available to customers or delivery addresses that do not satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for being available to receive their local delivery as required.
Additional charges may apply when another delivery attempt becomes necessary because of incorrect customer information, customer unavailability, or another customer-related delivery issue.
SECTION 10 — CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact Sacred Queendom as soon as possible.
Once fulfillment, processing, allocation, or production has begun, we may be unable to cancel or modify an order.
Preorder and made-to-order merchandise may be secured or produced specifically for your order and therefore may not be eligible for cancellation once processing or production begins.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
SECTION 11 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS
Occasionally, information on our website or Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, availability, processing times, or other information.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information when reasonably necessary.
If an error materially affects an order that has already been submitted, Sacred Queendom may contact the customer regarding the issue and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.
SECTION 12 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Sacred Queendom Services, including our trademarks, brand elements, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, product descriptions, website content, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Sacred Queendom LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Unless expressly authorized by Sacred Queendom LLC or permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our protected content.
The Sacred Queendom name, logos, designs, slogans, and other brand identifiers may not be used without authorization from Sacred Queendom LLC.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
SECTION 13 — OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may provide access to tools, payment methods, applications, integrations, websites, or other services operated by third parties.
We do not control all aspects of these third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to the applicable third party's own terms, policies, eligibility requirements, and privacy practices.
You should review the applicable provider's terms before using its services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sacred Queendom is not responsible for losses or damages caused solely by your use of an independent third-party service outside our reasonable control.
SECTION 14 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to websites operated by third parties.
Sacred Queendom is not responsible for evaluating or guaranteeing the content, accuracy, products, services, policies, security, or practices of independent third-party websites.
Accessing a third-party website is at your discretion.
Questions or complaints concerning a third party's products or services should generally be directed to that third party.
SECTION 15 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Sacred Queendom LLC is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Sacred Queendom LLC.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Sacred Queendom LLC, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions made directly with Sacred Queendom LLC.
SECTION 16 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Because Sacred Queendom uses Shopify and other service providers to operate its business, certain information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers as necessary to provide website, payment, fulfillment, communication, analytics, marketing, and related services.

SECTION 17 — REVIEWS, FEEDBACK & USER CONTENT
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, feedback, or other content to Sacred Queendom, you represent that you have the necessary rights to submit that content.
You may not submit content that infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights or that contains unlawful or malicious material.
Subject to applicable law and the permissions associated with your submission, you grant Sacred Queendom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute submitted content for purposes including operating, improving, and promoting Sacred Queendom and its Services.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
SECTION 18 — PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Services to violate applicable law; infringe intellectual-property or other legal rights; submit fraudulent or misleading information; distribute malicious software; scrape or improperly collect personal information; interfere with website security or functionality; impersonate another person; engage in fraudulent transactions; or otherwise misuse the Services.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Services when we reasonably determine that these Terms have been violated.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary, including when a user violates these Terms, engages in suspected fraud, abuses the Services, or creates security or legal risks.
Termination does not eliminate obligations incurred before termination, including amounts lawfully owed.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED, SACRED QUEENDOM LLC DISCLAIMS EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
SECTION 21 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SACRED QUEENDOM LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Where applicable law does not permit a particular limitation or exclusion of liability, our liability will be limited only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
SECTION 22 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sacred Queendom LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your material breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, infringement of a third party's rights, or unlawful misuse of the Services.
SECTION 23 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 24 — WAIVER & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce a right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with the policies and other terms incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services and supersede prior versions concerning the same subject matter.
SECTION 25 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Sacred Queendom LLC may assign its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale, restructuring, or other lawful business transfer.
SECTION 26 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements through which Sacred Queendom LLC provides Services will be governed by applicable law, including the laws applicable to Sacred Queendom LLC in Nebraska, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.
SECTION 27 — SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGING
Sacred Queendom may offer SMS/MMS messaging for customers who voluntarily opt in.
By providing the required consent through one of our subscription methods, you may receive recurring marketing and/or transactional text messages from Sacred Queendom, including promotions, product information, order-related communications, abandoned checkout reminders, and review requests, as applicable to your consent.
Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Sacred Queendom.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
You are responsible for charges imposed by your wireless provider.
To opt out of marketing text messages, reply STOP to a Sacred Queendom marketing message or use an available unsubscribe mechanism.
You may receive a one-time message confirming your opt-out.

You agree to provide a valid mobile number and are responsible for updating your information if your number changes.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Additional disclosures presented when you subscribe to SMS/MMS messaging are incorporated into these Terms as applicable.

You may review the current version of these Terms on our website.
Sacred Queendom LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms by posting a revised version to the website.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes.
Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
