Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Free shipping is available on all US orders over $150.

Canada We ship to Canada via USPS and DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days depending on the service selected. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping (Rest of World) We ship internationally via USPS and DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Estimated delivery times vary by country (typically 10–30 business days). Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at [your email] and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If your package shows delivered via USPS tracking, Sacred Queendom Plustique is NOT liable for any missing packages. All packages are insured. Please contact USPS to open a claim for the missing package:

Sacred Queendom Plustique is not responsible for USPS shipping delays, transit interruptions, rerouting, or delivery timing once packages are accepted by the carrier. Delivery estimates are provided directly by USPS, and all delivery operations are handled solely by USPS after acceptance. Any concerns regarding delayed transit must be addressed with USPS directly using your tracking number.

If your package is undeliverable and/or returned to us due to non-delivery/return-to-sender, it will be your responsibility to pay for postage to have the package shipped again. We will send an invoice for the cost of new postage. Failure to pay within 2 days of receiving the postage invoice email will result in the item(s) being restocked and a store credit will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee. A refund will not be issued in this case — only store credit.
